About the Programme

The NIBM HND in Computing is one of the most searched IT qualifications in Sri Lanka. As a 2-year Higher National Diploma from NIBM’s School of Computing, it covers four specialisation tracks: Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), and Multimedia. Entry Requirements

G.C.E. A/L passes (any stream) or equivalent qualification. Relevant work experience may be considered for mature entry.

Degree Progression

HND graduates can directly enter Year 2 or Year 3 of NIBM’s internationally affiliated degree programmes, including BSc (Hons) degrees awarded through Coventry University (UK) and Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia.
