The NAITA Field Officer Course in Rubber, Tea, and Agriculture is a 9-month to 1-year NVQ Level 3 programme that prepares trainees for supervisory and field management roles in Sri Lanka’s plantation and agricultural sector. Agriculture and plantation industries remain among Sri Lanka’s most important economic pillars, and trained Field Officers are essential for managing day-to-day operations on rubber, tea, and general agriculture estates — as well as in the growing agribusiness, export, and food production sectors.
